What we collect

• Account: email, password hash, plan and billing status (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers).
• Fleet telemetry (only when you link a fleet): device ids you chose, hardware class and memory, link type/speed, layer/tensor assignments, throughput, token counts, uptime. Used for your dashboard, apps, licensing and abuse prevention.
• Hosted pass-through: requests you send to your fleet through us are relayed in-flight; we log request counts and byte totals for quotas, not the content.
• Sharing (if enabled): which of your devices hosted which layers and for how long, to compute your credits.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data, do not train on your prompts or outputs, and do not read the content of relayed requests beyond delivering them.

Retention and rights

Telemetry is kept for 90 days, account records for the life of the account plus legal retention. You can export or delete your data from the account page or by emailing [email protected]. EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA rights; we honor them for everyone.

Processors

Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional mail), our hosting provider. Data may be processed in the United States.
