Summary
- You run ModelCoor on devices you own or are allowed to use. Your models, prompts and outputs stay on your devices; the hosted service only carries what you send through it.
- Free and paid plans differ in node counts and hosted pass-through volume (see pricing). Cancel anytime; your fleet keeps running on the Free limits.
- Capacity sharing. ModelCoor includes an idle-capacity sharing feature: when enabled for your account, devices you have marked as shareable may, while idle and on power, host model layers for the ModelCoor network (other users' models, or ours) and relay traffic for them, in exchange for credits toward your own plan. Your account page shows whether sharing is on for you, and you can turn it off there at any time; the mobile apps additionally require you to enable it per device. Shared work never has access to your files, prompts or outputs — it is arithmetic on encrypted-in-transit tensors, and it never runs while you are using the device.
- Don't use the service to break the law, attack others, or resell hosted access as your own service.

Full terms
1. The service
"ModelCoor" is software you install on your own devices plus the hosted service ("ModelCoor Cloud") that provides accounts, licenses, a hosted pass-through endpoint to your own fleet, and fleet administration in our apps. A coordinator must be linked to an account (any plan, including Free) to serve.
2. Accounts and plans
You must give a working email address and keep your credentials confidential. Plans, limits and prices are those shown at /pricing at the time of purchase; we may change them for future periods with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your account page. Refunds follow the law of your place of residence.
3. Licenses
We issue you a signed license key for your plan. It is personal to your account, may be installed on the coordinators of your fleet(s), and expires with your subscription plus a grace period. You may not resell, share or forge license keys.
4. Your content
Model files, prompts, completions and fleet telemetry are yours. Fleet telemetry (device classes, memory, layer assignments, throughput, tokens counts) is sent to ModelCoor Cloud only when you link a fleet, and only to power your dashboard, apps and license; we do not store prompt or completion content that passes through the hosted endpoint beyond what is needed to deliver it in-flight.
5. Idle-capacity sharing
(a) When capacity sharing is enabled for your account ("Sharing"), devices you have designated as shareable may host layers or tensors of models that are not yours (belonging to other ModelCoor users or to us) and relay traffic between ModelCoor nodes, only while the device is idle, on external power (for battery devices), and within the memory budget you allowed. (b) In return we credit your account as described on the pricing page (for example, hosted pass-through volume or plan discounts). (c) You can see and change your Sharing state on your account page at any time; turning it off stops new work immediately and evicts hosted layers within minutes. On iOS and Android, Sharing additionally requires that you enable it in the app on each device. (d) Shared work is limited to tensor computation and relaying; it cannot read your files, prompts or outputs. (e) We may suspend Sharing on devices that misbehave or on networks where it violates the network owner's rules; you are responsible for having permission to run it on the networks and devices you use.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful content or activity, no attacks on other users' fleets or on the service, no circumventing plan limits or licenses, no reselling hosted access as a service of your own.
7. Availability and liability
The hosted service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, licenses lapse at the end of the paid period and your fleets continue on the Free plan limits while the account exists; a closed account's coordinators return to setup.
9. Changes
We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
